Government funding procurement, preparation of feasibility study, demand analysis and business plan for various commercial aspects of the project including health and wellness centre, indoor cricket training centre, bar / restaurant / café / function centre, sports medicine centre and health spa. Paatsch Group is currently acting as Client Lead for WA Cricket for the delivery of the project.
